Happy Sunday! As hard as it is to greet the end of another summer weekend, Sunday means one wonderful thing… brunch! Mix up your sunday brunch this week by adding fresh grapefruit juice to your mimosa… or, GO-Mosa, as I like to call it! This is the last in my weekend series of citrus cocktails–don’t miss the Blood Orange Jalapeño Margarita and Poolside Lemon Drop from the last two days!
GO-Mosas (Grapefruit-Orange Mimosas)
The mix of grapefruit with the orange juice tones down the sweetness of a standard mimosa and (in my humble opinion) gets you ready to go for the day.
Juice one grapefruit (white or pink) and one to two oranges per mimosa. Pour the juices into a champagne glass of sparkling wine and garnish with an orange slice.
